TRAVEL LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT


Sirah Alive LLC


This Travel Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in consideration for participation in travel services organized, coordinated, or facilitated by Sirah Alive LLC (“Company”).


1. Assumption of Risk


Participant acknowledges that international and domestic travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:


Air travel risks


Ground transportation incidents


Illness, injury, or death


Exposure to infectious diseases


Political instability or government restrictions


Weather-related disruptions


Acts of terrorism or criminal activity


Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events


Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in any travel program arranged by Sirah Alive LLC.


2. Release of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases, waives, and discharges Sirah Alive LLC, its owners, officers, agents, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:


Personal injury


Illness


Property damage


Financial loss


Trip interruptions


Third-party service provider negligence


Sirah Alive LLC acts solely as a travel coordinator and is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, or other third-party vendors.


3. Medical Responsibility


Participant confirms they are medically fit to travel and participate in pilgrimage-related activities, including walking tours and site visits.


Medical insurance will be provider as per Saudi law on visas


Participant agrees to:


Hold Sirah Alive LLC harmless from any claims related to medical events


4. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements


Sirah Alive LLC may assist with visa processing and travel documentation; however, the Company does not guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.


Participant acknowledges that final approval of visas and entry clearance is solely determined by the issuing government authorities. Sirah Alive LLC shall not be held liable for visa denial, delayed processing, denied boarding, or refusal of entry by immigration authorities.


5. Changes, Delays, Refunds & Force Majeure


Sirah Alive LLC shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary modifications resulting from:


Airline schedule changes


Government regulations


Weather or natural disasters


Political unrest


Public health emergencies


Any event beyond the Company’s reasonable control


Refunds, if any, are subject to third-party vendor terms and policies and internal policy of after 30 before departure there will be no refunds.


6. Indemnification


Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sirah Alive LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from Participant’s conduct or participation in the trip.


7. Payment & Cancellation Acknowledgment


Participant acknowledges that deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation policies outlined in the booking agreement and third-party vendor contracts.


Failure to complete payment obligations may result in cancellation without refund.


8. Governing Law


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of (State where customer lives), United States of America.


Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.


9. Severability


If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.


10. Acknowledgment & Signature


By continuing, Participant confirms:
